Can't say enough about this place. We've been going for many years and will continue for many more. Great owners, amazing location (right on the trail network!) and wonderfully cozy. There's nothing better after a day of exploring the Kingdom Trails network than riding up to the Burke Bike Barn, cracking a cold beer from one of the many top notch Vermont craft brewers and enjoying the rustic comforts of the barn. Temps in the mid to high 80s. AC in two bedroom unit does not deserve to be called AC. Had to sleep with windows open, screens do not keep bugs out, gnats and flying beetles were erywhere, could not keep the light on in my room from the bugs being so bad. Beds are hard as rocks, my back hurts so bad not sure how I could even ride today. Won't be back, ever.
